For the dough:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg Flour
- 2 Large Tablespoons ghee

- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Method:
- Mix flour,salt,sugar,yeast.
- Add the egg and ghee.
- Now take luke warm water, i usually microwave it for one minute so that the dough comes out to be nice and warm.
- Slowly start kneading the dough and keep adding water.
- Stop when there are no crumbs and the dough is smooth. Don't knead to much.
- Okay so now you have got the dough and you have to let it rise for an hour or two in a warm place. What i do is, I apply some ghee on the base of a shopper and put the dough in it.
- Leave it in the microwave for an hour because it's nice and warm.

- 1/2 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tomato

Method:
- Defrost chicken qeema and in case of boneless chicken boil it and shred it.
- Fry finely chopped onion in oil with some garlic.
- Now add the chicken or qeema.
- Add all the spices and some chilli and soya sauce.
- Finally add carrot, cauliflower and tomatoes and let it cook for a while.
- It's all up to your choice though. You can skip carrots and cauliflower if you want to.
- Add some capsicum too because it gives a really nice flavor and smell.
White Sauce:
Ingredients:
- 2 Table Spoons Butter
- 3 Table Spoons Flour
- 1-1/2 Cup Milk
- Pinch Of Black Pepper
- Pinch Of Salt
- Some Cheese
- Origano
Method:
- Melt butter on stove.
- Mix the flour in it until well combined.
- Add the milk and start mixing vigorously with a whisk so that no stones form.
- Add pepper, salt and origano.
- At the end add cheese and let it melt.
Forming the shape:
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Take one part and knead it into a rectangle.
Apply ketchup and then add the filling in the center.
Pour some white sauce.
Now look very carefully at the step by step picture.
Make equal cuts in the dough on both sides.
Fold one cut from the right into the center and place the cut from the left over it.

Generously sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked in pre-heated oven. I like to turn on the above flame at the end for 2,3 minutes so that it gives a good color.
