MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
I know I know its been ages since I posted last recipe. I was kinda busy, Also blogging isn't easy believe me when I say it. But the Good news is I have come up with a recipe which is really really easy to make. You don't even have to own a gas or electric oven to bake this cake. It was actually a result of experiment which I did with my cousins. I was teaching them how to bake a cake while actually even I didn't know how it was going to turn out.
This was my first try at a microwave cake so yeah. But I was happy and surprised to see the result *.*
Izat reh gyi xD This recipe is similar to the cupcakes recipe with a little alternation.
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup white flour (Maida)
2 tsp baking powder
3 tblsp coco powder
METHOD:
Mix all the liquids,egg,oil,milk. Now add all the other ingredients and mix well. Grease the bowl or pan you have. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Use a knife in the centre to check if its ready.
ENJOY!
NOTE: I have not tried a metal pan in the microwave yet so its better if you use a glass bowl.
