EASIEST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES!
To all the people who are craving for chocolate cupcakes but cannot go out and buy them or don't have enough money YOUR PROBLEM IS NOW SOLVED!!
This is the easiest and the simplest recipe of cupcakes.! No beating No special machines required! You must be like What??! :o
But I am not kidding!
So lets start the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 milk
1/3 cup oil
1 Egg (YES ONLY ONE)
1-1/4 cup white flour (maida)
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coco-powder
METHOD:
Mix all the liquids (egg,oil,mil). Just mix it well with a spoon.
Now add all the dry ingredients (sugar,flour,coco-powder,baking-powder) and mix with a SPOON.
Yes it's that simple.
Now grease your cupcake pans or place cupcake tins and pour the mixture in them about 2/3 full. They will rise to full.
This recipe makes 12-16 cupcakes.
Bake these for 12 minutes in preheated oven.
ENJOY!
