KHATAI
These crumbly delicate biscuits are really easy to make. Don't panic if something goes wrong just try again and again :P I remember the first time i tried this recipe, the result were small biscuits which were hard as rock ._. but i never gave up and finally made the perfect khataian :D and now i am here sharing this recipe with all of you :)
NOTE: Make sure that you don't knead the dough for a long time. Leave it a little crumbly.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar (Ground)
1/2 cup ghee
3-4 cardamom (powder them)
1 egg yolk
METHOD:
Mix ghee and sugar together with a spoon. Now add flour and cardamom and knead the dough. Make small biscuits and brush the center with egg yolk. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
