Basic Brownies

Today I am going to share a recipe that I have been using since ages for making BROWNIESSS!

I took this one from my mother's diary and it was back in 2009 when I first made these. Yeappp, my love for baking started back in those days. I have shared this with a lot of friends since then. 
This has been my go-to recipe for all the one-dish parties, tea parties, bake sales and what not. 

We also have this thing that whenever my brother comes home and is heading back, he shouldn't go back without something freshly baked or cooked at home. My mother calls them "Zad-e-Raah."
I usually bake a batch or two of these brownies so they have also accompanied him a lot of times on his way back.

Also during the last three months when i was  on bed rest and wasn't allowed to cook or bake a lot because of the fracture thing, this was my favorite recipe because it was so easy to make and i used to bake a batch with the help of my younger brother and put it in the fridge, and i have been eating them with a scoop of ice-cream topped with some walnuts and chocolate sauce. no guilt (":

I mean who would say no to this combo? :")
Ok so i guess that's enough and now we should come to the recipe.! :P

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Eggs 
3/4 Cup Flour (Maida)
1/2 Cup Coco Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Baking Powder 
METHOD:
1. Pre-heat the oven.
2. Mix the liquids first (Eggs, Oil, Milk). 
3. Add sugar(powdered) and beat again.
4. Sift the dry ingredients together (coco, baking powder, maida).
5. Put them in the liquid mixture and mix with  a spoon. 
6. Beat the mixture until well combined.
7. Pour it in a well glazed baking pan or even better if you can place butter paper.
8. Bake for 20 minutes. 
9. Let it cool. 
10. Drizzle some chocolate ganache or sauce.

  11. Sprinkle it with some nuts and SERVEE! =D

These were for our first semester marketing project. This makes me realize that i have my final exam on friday and i should be studying right now. 
Need some real motivation :"/
