Nutella Swirl Bread

Hope you are all good. Most of you must be busy with Eid preparations and all.  It's almost sehri time now and i am already up so trying to make some good use of this time instead of wasting it scrolling through my feed like i have been doing. :P
Can't believe Ramadan is almost over. I don't want it to end. :'(
So, during the past few days i have been experimenting with the basic dough since my family is now almost fed up of eating cupcakes everyday :P

I made chocolate filled donuts, pizza, chicken bread etc and they all turned out pretty good alhamdulillah.
They all have almost the same dough recipe with a little bit of changes off course.
So, today i did another experiment with Nutella as the post name suggests and it went greatt.
I am pretty sure you all also love Nutella like me. (let's forget the calories part for a while ;))
Braided Nutella bread is beautiful and delicious and rich and what not. It looks very difficult to make but the technique is very easy. I haven't clearly mastered the technique since it was the first time but it turned out pretty well i think. :')
So here's the recipe! :D

For The Dough:
Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Flour (Maida)
1 Packet Instant Yeast
1 Egg
Pinch Of Salt
2 Large Tablespoon Ghee
4 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup Milk
Method:
1. Warm the milk and dissolve the sugar in it. Set aside.
2. Mix the flour, yeast and salt together.
3. Add the egg and ghee in it, mix.
4. Use the warm milk to knead the dough.
5. Apply ghee at base of a shopper and put the dough in it.
6. Tie the shopper and put it in a warm place to let it rise.
7. Leave the dough for about 1-2 hours until it has almost doubled in size.

For The Filling:
Nutella
Note: You can also melt baking chocolate with butter and use it.

For The Swirl Shape:
1. Turn the dough out on a floured surface and roll it in 1/4 inch rectangle.
2. Spread Nutella all over it.
3. Roll dough around filling to form a log.
3. Cut the log from the center length-wise leaving 1/2 inch from the top uncut.
4. Twist the divided parts to for a braid and make sure that the open layers are facing upwards and are exposed.
5. Form into a ring shape and carefully transfer it to a non stick baking pan.
6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
