Tiramisu Glasses

Eid is just around the corner so I thought I should share this recipe with you before going on vacations so that you can add this to your eid dessert table as well. :D
I remember my mother used to make a dessert with cake rusks, pure cream and chocolate. This dessert was very famous among army families especially. It was so simple yet so yummy that you couldn't simply stop eating it.
Now that I have grown up, I searched it up and found out that it was our version of the dessert tiramisu and also found the thousands of ways that we can use to make and serve it.
Tiramisu is a delicious layered dessert and there are thousands of ways in which you can present and serve it. Traditionally it is made with layers of lady fingers soaked in coffee, cream and raw coco but since I am not a very big fan of raw coco so I used chocolate ganache instead and it turned out amazing, in fact even more rich. Lady fingers are made with a recipe that is somewhat similar to sponge cake so you won't find this recipe difficult at all.
I decided to make single servings instead of making a large slab this time. These little tiramisu cups are perfect for entertaining and amazing your guests and you don't even have to worry about setting up plates and taking out a knife just simply serve and enjoy. Your guests are going to love this dessert, trust me.

Lady Fingers:
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar (Powdered)
1 Cup Flour ( Maida)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Method:
1. Preheat the oven and separate the eggs.
2. Start beating the egg whites until soft peaks start to form and it has a foamy consistency.
3. Add sugar and start beating until fully incorporated. Add vanilla.
4. Finally fold in the flour and baking powder with a spatula or a spoon.
5. Take a piping bag and pour the batter into it.
6. Prepare a cookie mat and tray.
7. Start piping the mixture as long lady fingers and make sure you leave a little space after each.
8. Bake for 15 minutes or until fully baked.
Cream:
Ingredients:
1 Packet Cream (Chilled)
1/2 Packet Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
Method:
1. Beat the cream until it gets a thick consistency and starts to set.
2. Add the cream cheese and sugar and beat again until the three ingredients are fully incorporated.
3 Put it in the fridge.
Chocolate Ganache:
Ingredients:
1 Packet Cream
3/4 Cup Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
Method:
1. Start by heating the cream.
2. Add the chocolate and keep heating until it melts fully.
3. Let it cool.
Coffee:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Warm Milk
2 Tablespoon Coffee



2 Tablespoon Sugar
Method:
1. Heat the milk.
2. Add sugar and coffee and mix well.
Presentation:
Start by taking some lady fingers and breaking them. Put them in a glass. Pour some coffee over them  and soak them completely.Now add some cream mixture and cover it with chocolate ganache. Start repeating the process and keep adding the layers until you want. I repeated the process just two time but you repeat it 3-4 times.
For the top layers you can also use a piping bag and make a rosette or something like that. You can also add chocolate shavings. Present it as you want to and make it as pretty as you want.
